Conditions of Sale

Membership applications are reviewed by the API Committee; if you are not accepted for membership, your money will be returned to you. Overpayment of annual membership fees will be credited to the following year.

There are no automatic membership renewals; you will receive a renewal notice for the following calendar year.

Conference registration fees are non-refundable in the case of non -attendance after registration for the conference; however, in such a case any payment for the conference dinner will be refunded on request.

Les demandes d’adhésion sont examinées par le comité de l’API ; si votre demande n’est pas acceptée, votre argent vous sera remboursé. Tout excédent de cotisation annuelle sera reporté sur l’année suivante.

L’adhésion n’est pas renouvelée automatiquement ; vous recevrez un avis de renouvellement pour l’année civile suivante.

Les frais d’inscription à la conférence ne sont pas remboursables en cas de non-participation après l’inscription ; toutefois, dans ce cas, tout paiement effectué pour le dîner de la conférence sera remboursé sur simple demande.
